TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. REGISTRATION

1.1 Course registration is completed through the Lines Academy website.

1.2 After purchase, the Academy team will contact the trainee to collect complete and accurate registration information.

1.3 The trainee is responsible for providing accurate personal and professional information.

1.4 Trainees must be at least 18 years of age or have guardian approval to register for any program.

1.5 Registration is confirmed only after payment is completed and registration information is verified.

1.6 The Academy reserves the right to refuse registration without stating reasons.

2. ATTENDANCE COMMITMENT

2.1 Trainees are required to attend all scheduled sessions as per the course calendar.

2.2 A minimum attendance of 80% is mandatory to receive a course completion certificate.

2.3 Trainees must join all online sessions on time. Excessive tardiness may affect the trainee's standing in the program.

2.4 In case of inability to attend, trainees must notify the Academy at least 24 hours in advance.

2.5 Missed sessions are the trainee's responsibility to make up through provided materials or recordings, if available.

2.6 The Academy reserves the right to dismiss trainees with excessive absences without refund.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 All fees are payable in full at the time of registration through the Academy website.

3.2 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other payment options specified on the website.

3.3 All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include applicable taxes.

3.4 The Academy offers "Buy Now, Pay Later" services through our partner (Tabby). Terms and conditions of Tabby apply to these payment arrangements.

3.5 The Academy does not provide installment plans directly. All payment plans are arranged and managed through our partner service Tabby.

3.6 The Academy reserves the right to deny access to course materials or sessions if payment obligations are not met.

4. WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION

4.1 Trainees may withdraw from a program by submitting a written request to Customre Services team.

4.2 The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs with insufficient enrollment.

4.3 In case of program cancellation by the Academy, trainees will receive a full refund.

4.4 The Academy will provide at least 7 days' notice in case of cancellation or significant schedule changes.

4.5 The Academy is not responsible for any incidental expenses incurred by the trainee due to program cancellation.

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [EMAIL ADDRESS].

5.2 Full refunds will be issued if withdrawal is requested any time before the program start date.

5.3 No refunds will be provided after attending the first day of the program.

5.4 For all refund cases where the trainee purchased through the "Buy Now, Pay Later" service (Tabby), the trainee is obligated to pay 200 SAR service fee regardless of refund eligibility.

5.5 Refunds for extenuating circumstances (medical emergencies, etc.) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require documentation.

5.6 Satisfaction Guarantee: If a trainee does not gain the benefits as outlined in the course announcement, they are eligible for a full refund upon providing reasonable evidence of not meeting the outlined learning objectives. If the course was purchased through "Buy Now, Pay Later" services, 200 SAR will be deducted from the refund amount to cover service provider fees.

5.7 Refunds will be processed within 30 business days using the original payment method.

6. ETHICAL DISCIPLINE

6.1 Trainees must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all program activities.

6.2 Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

6.3 Trainees must respect intellectual property rights and not distribute, share, or publish course materials without explicit permission.

6.4 Plagiarism or cheating in assignments or evaluations will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

6.5 The Academy reserves the right to remove any trainee for unethical conduct without refund.

7. ACADEMY OBLIGATIONS

7.1 The Academy will provide qualified instructors and materials as advertised for each program.

7.2 Course content will be delivered as outlined in the program description.

7.3 The Academy will provide a safe and appropriate learning environment.

7.4 The Academy will issue certificates of completion to trainees who satisfy all program requirements.

7.5 The Academy will maintain the confidentiality of trainee information in accordance with applicable laws.

7.6 The Academy will respond to trainee inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

7.7 The Academy will provide reasonable accommodations for trainees with disabilities upon advanced request.

8. TRAINEE OBLIGATIONS

8.1 Trainees must complete all assigned coursework and assessments by the designated deadlines.

8.2 Trainees must participate actively in program activities and discussions.

8.3 Trainees must use Academy facilities, equipment, and online platforms responsibly.

8.4 Trainees must adhere to the Academy's code of conduct and all policies communicated during the program.

8.5 Trainees must provide feedback when requested to help improve program quality.

8.6 Trainees must not record, photograph, or share any session without explicit permission from the Academy.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, recordings, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Lines Academy.

9.2 Trainees may use materials for personal educational purposes only.

9.3 Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Academy materials is strictly prohibited.

9.4 Trainees retain ownership of their original work created during the program, but grant the Academy permission to use this work for educational or promotional purposes.

10. LIABILITY LIMITATION

10.1 The Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in any program.

10.2 The Academy makes no guarantees regarding job placement or career advancement following program completion.

10.3 The trainee assumes all risks associated with applying knowledge gained from Academy programs.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

11.1 Trainee personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.

11.2 The Academy may use trainee contact information for program-related communications and future course offerings.

11.3 Trainees may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

12. AMENDMENTS

12.1 The Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

12.2 Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled trainees via email.

12.3 Continued participation in a program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

13.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13.2 Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By completing registration and payment for any Lines Academy program, the trainee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
